Since 2006 I have used the services of 1st Solutions for my computer needs. I work at home as a writer and although I have used a computer for about 25 years my knowledge of how they actually work is limited. I called in the services of 1st Solutions to help with some puzzling and annoying problems that had been bothering me for some time. Michael Ho came, solved the problems and found that other basic things needed attention as they were slowing down and clogging up the computer.

He subsequently helped with other serious problems that occurred throughout the year, and now, after what has been effectively a complete overhaul of the system, including the transfer to broadband, the system is running as smoothly as any computer system can.

I was very impressed with the service that was provided. Help is always a phone call or an email away, and coming to my workplace as quickly as possible, even at the weekend, has been no problem if that was necessary. I know a lot more about computers now than I did a year ago as Michael makes a point of explaining what he is doing and how things work (if you don’t know already). He is very experienced and technically very competent, researches new and difficult problems and does not give up. He is easy to work with, has a good sense of humour and I consider him to be very creative within his field. He is helped by good administrative back-up.

I recommend 1st Solutions to anyone or any business, big or small. The service and level of skills are both excellent.
